IRENE METRO Quietly, on the morning of Thursday, November 30, 2000, Irene Metro aged 74, passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital. She will be sadly missed by sons Keith (Donna), John, Len (Karen), Don (Barb), daughters Johann, Linda (Ray). Also left to mourn are numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as family and friends not only in Manitoba but in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Irene was predeceased by both parents, husband John and grandson Dwayne. Service for family and friends to be held at Kerrs Funeral Chapel, Friday, December 22 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery, 4535 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations in Irenes memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, Man. R3C 2B7. Arrangements in care of: Kerrs Funeral Chapel, 120 Adelaide St., Winnipeg, Man. 943-6688.
